During the pandemic, and with the support of the Architectural Heritage Fund, The Exchange initiated a Town Centre Partnership, bringing together local businesses and groups to better work together on town-wide programming and joined up marketing.

This has so far resulted in: a new website for Erith, a youth-led programme of events across different venues in the town, and sustained funding for a Town Partnership Coordinator to further develop opportunities for collaboration and place-making.
