Back by popular demand! Join us on a Saturday morning for a 6-week pottery wheel throwing class where you will learn the basics of throwing, including centering the clay on the wheel, throwing cylinders and bowls, and trimming the bases of your work. This course is suitable for everyone from complete beginners to those who are more confident on the wheel and would like to improve their skills.
At the end of the course, all participants will be able to choose one of their own pieces to have glazed and fired to take home and keep.
Designed and led by Merissa Hylton, a multidisciplinary artist and educator based in London.
