SUMMER BOTANICAL IMPRINT PLATE WORKSHOP

Join our Ceramics Workshop Manager, Ho, for a fun handbuilding class, where you will be using slabs to create plates, and found botanicals to imprint texture into your pieces.

The class will begin with the teacher giving a demonstration, then students will start with the very basics - rolling the clay slab, selecting leaves, and pressing them into the clay. Then you’ll form your pieces, before applying oxides, underglazes and slips to colour your pieces. Once the class is finished, you can choose your best pot, which we will fire and glaze for you.
