WHEEL THROWING TASTER CLASS | FRIDAY 25 AUGUST 2023 | 10AM - 12.30PM

Join Ho for a this fun introductory class where you will get familiar with the potters wheel and learn what it is like to have a go at throwing.

Everyone will have their own pottery wheel, and there is a maximum of 6 people per class.

The class will begin with the teacher giving a demonstration, then students will start with the very basics - weighing the clay, centering, pulling up the walls and using your tools. You’ll have a go at both bowl and cylinder forms. Once the class is finished, you can choose your best pot, which we will trim, fire and glaze for you in our studio glaze.
