Join Exchange Founding Co-Director Sarah Batten for an in-depth practical workshop in fundraising. Participants will develop strong project proposals and learn how to craft these proposals into applications. We will look specifically at funders like the National Lottery Community Fund, Arts Council and National Lottery Heritage Fund, but the skills learned can be adapted for any funding body.

About Sarah Batten:

Sarah has written successful bids - working for The Exchange and with other cultural organisations - for various different grant funding bodies, including the Arts Council, National Lottery Heritage Fund, National Lottery Community Fund, Power to Change, Architectural Heritage Fund and Greater London Authority. She has also developed successful proposals for business sponsorship and a successful Community Shares campaign.
