Join us on Sunday 10 September from 1:00 - 4:00pm for Marsh Mellow, an afternoon of free, drop-in family activities inspired by the unique environments of Crossness and Erith Marshes.
Local community arts project, Three Rivers Bexley, will be taking over the Town Square at The Exchange, and together with guest artists, ecologists and local environmental groups, they will be playfully exploring the Marshes through a series of accessible making, drawing and performing workshops that aim to strengthen children's knowledge of their natural environment.
Marsh Mellow is part of beneath the pavement, the marshes, a new creative programme bringing artists, activists and ecologists together with local environmental and community groups working in north Bexley, to explore the ground beneath our feet.
