The Wellbeing Within offers accessible and realistic activities to support and create moments of calm, build confidence to give opportunities to reconnect with yourself. These sessions are drop in, and differ each week - come along for a rotation of yoga, mindfulness, journal writing and talk time, among other things.

These sessions are organised by Kavita Trevena, founder and creator of The Unlikely Mummy, and led by Tracey Gibson from The Wellbeing Within.
