Online Schools Event: Introducing The Exchange & Community Shares
Calling all local schools of Bexley! Join us for an online event where you can find out how your staff and pupils can engage in our schools’ programme and future plans.
The one-hour event will provide the opportunity to:
Learn more about us at The Exchange, meet our Co-Director Sarah Batten and Schools Officer Bethan Durie and hear about ongoing and upcoming projects.
Discover how your school can be part of our Community Shares offer and have your say in our future.
Share your ideas about how we can best support your school through workshops, events and resources.
As a community-run organisation we keep local people at the heart of everything that we do, and we want to ensure that local schools have a voice in the future of The Exchange.
The session will take place online, via Zoom. You will receive your link to access the event in a separate email.

FREE Half term holiday workshop 2
This February half term holiday The Exchange will be hosting virtual family workshops. Join Bethan Durie, artist and Schools Officer at The Exchange, for a storytelling and making workshop inspired by journeys. Can you use your imagination to travel back in time or perhaps travel along the River Thames? The workshop will include guided activities incorporating pictures, music and soundscapes to bring our journeys to life.
Suggested materials: paper and a pencil; coloured pencils or pens.
The session will take place online, via Zoom, and will last about an hour.
Please ensure an adult is present throughout the event.
